OK, so what exactly do you need to do to Stop Anxiety Fast Without Harmful Drugs or Endless Talk Therapy?

Okay so what do you need to do to Clear the Fear Fast and Crush Anxiety? (by the way pretty much every negative pattern in people’s lives has fear as it’s root cause)
Step 1. Understanding/ Recognition:
Clearing the fear and other negative behaviors and beliefs begins with understanding and recognition that whatever “reality” we experience in our lives is created by us through our habitual patterns of thought, perception and behavior.
Step 2. Rapid Clearing:
Once we understand what the patterns are, we can change them using leading edge techniques like
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Time Line Therapy™
- Advanced Hypnosis, and
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Alright! But what do I mean by “Fast”? It all depends on the person and the problem.
Phobia, or Anxiety:
I can often assist a person with a severe phobia or anxiety pattern to clear their fear in a single 4-5 hour session (please be assured, we take plenty of breaks! We even have fun!). It is not unusual for a person at the end of that first day to go out and do the thing he or she was terrified of doing and have fun doing it! Typically these people only need one or two short follow-up sessions (if any).
Success Sabotage, Anxiety Based Eating Disorders, Sales Anxiety, Shyness based dating issues typically benefit from my follow-up programs over 3, 6 or 12 months.
Some factors in Rapid Change:
You must have a strong desire to change. My most successful clients are the ones who can’t stand suffering any more and are willing to do whatever it takes to change.
The more motivated you are the faster and more permanent the results. Your willingness to take charge of your change is a crucial factor also. I don’t change you. You change yourself with the tools and techniques I teach you.
