On Monday, October 27th, I had the privilege of teaching some of my NLP Anxiety Techniques to an international group of certified coaches on a teleseminar. The purpose of the call was to provide some fast and easy to use tools for the coaches to use with their clients in order to provide support and assistance in the face of what appears to be a deepening and widening “Global Financial Crisis”. It is as if the whole world is starting to panic and get anxious, worried, stressed out. I was asked by facilitator Mary Gorham to provide tools that the coaches could use with their clients as well as with themselves.
Interestingly enough, by the time I was done leading the participants through some of my favorite NLP anxiety stopping techniques, I personally felt just fantastic. Proof that what’s good for the NLP student is good for the NLP trainer!
Here are a few things you can do right now to keep anxiety at bay.
- Please do your self the favor of limiting your exposure to bad news.
- Remember to breathe
- Roll your eyes slowly clockwise, then counter clockwise (listen to the call to find out why)
- Listen to the call to learn several others
For best results go ahead and do the exercises along with the program.
Here is the recording of the call.
