NLP is one of the best tools to use to stop phobias and phobic behaviors. The first thing we do is find out how you actually “do” the phobia. The idea is to write a “how to” manual for someone else to come in as a temporary worker and “do” the phobia for you so you can take a break… It’s not the only tool we use in NLP but it definitely will begin to “loosen up” the phobia so that we can “remove the program from the hard drive of your Unconscious Mind”…
