    Great vid, funny and informative. I agree totally right on. You have to be cognitive of your thoughts, as thoughts can become habits and determine much of your existence. Psycho-Cybernetics first coined the term self-image, which follows on the logical level paradigm Robert Dilts so often uses. She is suggesting a change that would be most beneficial to work on from the identity level as much as the behavioral level.

  4. hi buddy, couldn’t agree more! i especially noticed this on the golf course when guys would announce that they’ll probably hit a bad shot BEFORE hitting the ball, then hit the ball as badly as they “predicted”, only to yell at themselves after hitting the bad shot.

    kinda funny, right?
